Sara & Bubba
The first Flat Ridge wedding of the 2022 season was a challenging start! We dealt with some of the worst weather I’ve seen at a wedding, but Sara and Bubba are awesome and they knew the true focus was on their love for each other and on celebrating their marriage with all of their loved ones. On this wedding day, Delaware faced a horrible Nor’easter that caused some of the most challenging weather conditions that I’ve ever tried to photograph in! Sometimes a little rain on your wedding day can allow for some romantic photos that are different from the usual. Unfortunately, this was not that kind of rain. They made the absolute best of a tough situation, and it was amazing to watch them celebrate and enjoy their day to the fullest. I’m so thankful we were there to capture the day and witness their joy. We were able to sneak in some quick and windy photos, and even ended the day with a fun night time photo in the rain!
